#1. STOP worrying about tomorrow
The truth is, you have no control over tomorrow. You cannot predict what will happen, so live in the moment that you have.
#2. STOP blaming external forces for what is happening around you
The truth is, you are the creator of your own miseries, and you have the power to solve them. Nothing external can control your thoughts.
#3. STOP saying you can’t
The truth is, you can! You can do anything you set your mind to do.
#4. STOP trying to control others
The truth is, you are only giving yourself excess burden by trying to control the activities of others. Let them live their life and you live yours. Do you!
#5. STOP living in solitude
The truth is, there are so many beautiful people in this world. People who will encourage, inspire and motivate you. But if you keep living in your own little corner you will not meet these people. Get up and start living.
#6. STOP waiting for something to come to you
The truth is, you will be waiting forever. You have to get up and go for it!
